We will talk about what led you or your teen to begin counseling, and I will make sure your needs are within my areas of training and experience. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether I might be a good fit for you or your family. If I am not the right fit for your needs, I will be more than happy to provide referrals to other experienced counselors who may be a better match.

Schedule Your First Appointment

If we decide to move forward, you will schedule your first appointment and complete your online intake forms through the secure client portal before we meet.

Begin Counseling

Our first few sessions will take place in my office as we build our therapeutic relationship and establish a foundation for our work. After that, you can choose whether you would prefer to continue meeting in the office or, when appropriate and safe to do so, meet at a local park or outdoor setting.
